Cauliflower “Mashed Potatoes” Cauliflower “Mashed Potatoes”


1 head cauliflower, cut into florets and steamed until soft.
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp EVOO
2 cloves garlic, grated
Dash milk or cream
Nutmeg
Wild’erb Seasoning

Blend in blender or food processor until smooth and has the consistency of mashed potatoes. Add just enough milk to make it smooth but not runny. Adjust seasoning. This is a delicious and healthy alternative to potatoes.
