Grilled Pork Steaks Basted with Wild Herb Garlic Butter
Pork Steaks
1 stick butter
3-4 cloves garlic, grated
Handful fresh wild herbs, minced
Wild’erb Seasoning
Lay your pork steaks on a platter. Melt the butter in a small pan and add the garlic, cooking for a few minutes. Then add the fresh herbs and Wild’erb Seasoning to taste. Baste the pork steaks every 15 minutes while grilling on the lowest setting on your grill. Put a metal cup filled with water on your grill and put the cover down, to slightly steam your pork and keep it moist. Grill the pork for 60-90 minutes.
