Spicy Orange Slaw

Slaw:

Green Cabbage, chopped fine
Red Cabbage, chopped fine
Carrots, grated
Red Radishes, grated
Celery, diced
Onion, diced
Jalapeno Pepper, minced
Wild herbs or Cilantro, minced

Dressing:

Olive oil
Sesame oil
Balsamic vinegar
Apple Cider vinegar
Hot sauce
Zest and juice of 1 orange
Old Bay seasoning
Stevia
Wild’erb Seasoning

Chop everything up. Put in a bowl. Make enough dressing for the amount of slaw you have. Pour over slaw in covered dish and let marinate in refrigerator for a few hours before serving, turning once.
